The refurbishing of the children’s section of the library, was made possible by a grant awarded to the Roxbury Library Association by Hobart’s A. Lindsay and Olive B. O’Connor Foundation.

Read with your child on Roxbury resident Brenda Condliffe’s fanciful sky-and-cloud-themed window seat.  We have many picture books, I Can Read leveled books, and Toddler board books.

We offer Juvenile Fiction chapter books, Young Adult fiction, a large selection of DVDs for youngsters, as well as a section devoted to Roxbury native, Freddy the Pig!  Our series section of chapter books includes Nancy Drew, Magic School Bus, American Girl, Trixie Belden, Hardy Boys, and many others.
